Senior Manager/Associate Director - Talent Acquisition - Analytics Firm

Our client is a leading Analytics firm, looking to Hire Senior Manager / Associate Director to handle the talent acquisition function India.

- The role will be responsible for creating and building the talent acquisition strategy for the entire company

- Providing counsel to the talent acquisition team that resides within the business functions

- Responsible for multi-level hiring and people management

- Innovate on hiring practices by using new methods or channels

- Responsible for keeping a lookout for talent available in the market and plan accordingly

- Motivating and energizing the team

- Coordinating with all 3rd party vendors to ensure that all services related to Talent Acquisition are meeting the needs of the organization

- Responsible to Coordinate with corporate and project hiring managers to develop strategic recruitment priorities and the redeployment of Talent Acquisition resources as necessary

- Role can be based any where in India as my client is open to remote working... Corporate Office is based in Chennai.
