Senior Manager/Associate Director - Corporate/Retail Banking - Sales

- Banking sales job opportunity in Bangalore for high-performing and experienced sales professional who'll be responsible for developing key growth sales strategies and managing End to End Banking Sales cycle (from origination to Sales closure) or Transformation for global Clients with a proven track record of implementing Digital Banking solutions.

- Our client is looking for results-oriented, self-driven person with 13+ years of experience who will lead and shape the winning proposals and contribute in the Sales growth by mining in existing Diamond and priority accounts.

Responsibilities :

- Handling large scale End to End Banking Sales cycle & Transformation for global Clients in retail or commercial side

- Developing strong client relationships, driving client dialogue both at functional and at CxO levels, and be responsible for shaping and delivering value-led programs.

- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base

- Leading Sales growth and mining in existing Diamond and priority accounts

- Creating value propositions in deal, leading client orals, workshops and other key sales effectiveness activities from origination to Sales closure

- Leading and shaping winning proposal for large scale Banking RFP and sole sourced engagements

- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Requirements :

- Graduate/Post Graduate with 13+ years of experience in handling End to End Banking Sales cycle (from origination to Sales closure) with exposure in leading tools, automation, AI and Analytics plus already have a proven track record of implementing Digital Banking solutions

- Excellent presentation, oral communication skills and negotiation skills.

- Target oriented individual with outstanding sales orientation, analytical and structured with executive presence and business knowledge.

- You have excellent leadership and communication skills with extensive experience in managing a high-performance team and delivering large scale Transformation project.

- Demonstrated Influencing and relationship management skills
