Senior Manager/Associate Director - Risk Analytics - FinTech

Client: Fin -Tech Company

Exp: 8 - 15 Years

Location : Gurgaon

Experience : 8+years

Education : MBA from Reputed college is highly preferred

Required Skills :

- Post-graduation from premium MBA colleges with nearly 5-6 years of relevant experience.

- Ability to work closely with risk policy framework and creating a risk analytics framework

- Knowledge of unsecured lending is a must to set the right triggers and monitor them closely

- Ability to work with cross functional team and self-motivation with the ability to learn quickly

- SAS or sequel, python or other advanced data management skills would be useful

Responsibilities:

- Work with Banks and NBFC for the unsecured lending business

- Ability to handle large data set

- Ability to create data structures that will help create Data sets for long term use across dept and width of the needs of the business

- Understanding of data modelling is a must.

- Ability to analyze data and create reports that are actionable to help drive business in an efficient manner is an added advantage

- Ability to create various cohorts and help value add in the direction of the business

- Ability to read data from different sources and synthesis so as to create a good single view of the customer
