It provides customized consulting services to clients in the Indian power sector that include strategy consulting, market consulting, litigation advisory, transaction advisory, renewable energy consulting, bid advisory, management and business consulting. Role: Sr. Manager/ Associate Director - Policy and Regulatory Key Responsibilities and requirements: - Assist the - Lead- of the Policy and Regulatory team for assignments within India and abroad. Experience and Qualification - At least 8 years of relevant experience with minimum 3 years in a reputed consulting firm. - B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical/ Electronics/Mechanical - MBA in Finance/Operations/ Marketing/ Power Management (Preferred) Required Skills - Detailed knowledge of the Indian Power &amp; Regulatory sector, including its commercial, technological and regulatory drivers - Generating, Assessing Project Opportunities in the Policy and Regulatory field of Power sector. - Generate leads with key industrial /potential clients and market for product /services portfolio offerings - Attend seminars / workshops as speaker /participant /SME to create awareness of service offerings and generate leads - Preparing Project Proposals / Technical documents for participating in bids - Analytical and project management skills including the ability to implement projects (including more than one project at a time), coaching pool of analyst/ senior analyst and interacting with clients - An ability to multi-task effectively and balance time between project delivery and business development support effectively - MS Excel based Financial Modeling - Experience of handling tariff related assignments, business plans, commercial agreements (PPA) - Experience of working with distribution utilities/ transmission utilities/ generation companies Working Location The base location would be Noida (NCR). However, the applicant should be open to travel within and outside country to manage Projects. He/ She should also be willing to relocate (if required) to other locations within the country based on project requirements.
