Our client, a Big 4 consulting firm is looking to expand its Operations & Supply Chain consulting business through the addition of multiple SMs / ADs.
KRAs :
1. Leading the delivery of consulting projects as part of a team or individually, and consistently providing cutting edge and high quality deliverables
2. Managing projects in a holistic manner including housekeeping tasks like billing and collections
3. Managing client expectations, fostering long term relationships and facilitating repeat business.
4. Contributing to the firm's knowledge bank and thought leadership
5. Continuously identifying potential opportunities for Ops Consulting w/in existing / potential accounts, and engaging with the client side CXO stakeholders for business development
Requirements :
1. BE / BTech + MBA from premier institutes
2. 8-10 years of relevant experience - out of which at least 5-6 years should be in consulting
3. Exposure to the manufacturing industry would be a big plus - specifically in relevant areas like production, planning, maintenance, process improvement, operations excellence etc.
4. We are not interested in profiles with experiences only in procurement, marketing, sales, logistics etc.
5. Also, candidates with hands-on experience in Six Sigma, Lean, TPM, TOC, Asset optimization would be preferred (only training/ certification is not an advantage)
