Central Last Mile Operations (Head of Central last Mile operations)

Objective :

- To manage the overall vendor ecosystem by -

- Performance base-lining & competitive benchmarking

- Identify opportunity of improvement

- Working with vendor development team to drive critical projects

- Resolving existing escalations and complaints

- Manage the overall serviceability for each vendor to enhance overall performance.

Role & Responsibilities

- Responsible for overseeing last mile operations as central SPOC

- Analyse different vendor performance

- Work towards resolution of complaints & escalations from customers

- Manage last mile serviceability of its different partners

- Improve overall delivery performance to enhance customer experience

- Should have strong operations and business development background

- Must have 6 sigma certification

- Understand Lean tools
