Senior Manager/Associate Director - Human Resources (12-16 yrs)

An experienced Sr. HR Manager/Associate Director who can develop and own HR strategies for the business & functional group. You and your team will partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services and actively engage in staffing, organizational development, & talent management. You will build upon and rely on your HR functional expertise and effectiveness to align critical human resources principles with business objectives. You will align organizational transformations and staffing strategies to promote talent and growth. Your focus will be to help the organization to become a customer centric organization and achieve its strategic growth objectives through a resource realignment and top grading the talent.

You will be responsible to Increase the overall performance of the organization by creating strong interactive partnerships with client groups by -

- Build a workforce that creates a competitive advantage by recruiting, developing and retaining top talent

- Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Human Resources organization

- Partner with senior business & functional leaders to continually drive the effectiveness of the business through developing organization design and leadership changes as appropriate to ensure maximum business success

- Ensure an ongoing and proactive focus on driving change within the business, linking change management needs, communications, tools and processes with overall business cultural and change direction, in order that the business culture and mindset evolves as required to ensure success

- Address critical focus on enhancing the customer experience, operational discipline and company-wide areas of scalability and efficiency, performance improvement, service enhancement, and product development

- Assess the current org. and partner with stakeholders to create a strategy and vision around the development of future state process flows, to identify needed organizational and workflow changes

- Lead key transition & integration projects in partnership with global and local stakeholders

- Own and drive talent strategy for the applicable business groups and functions.

- Extensive HR experience including strong HR functional expertise and track record of implementing large scale change projects

- Demonstrated ability in setting strategy, driving performance, consistently producing superior results, cultivating ownership while enforcing company policies and applicable law.

- Knowledgeable on employment law matters, employment legislation, and compliance

- Strong communicator with the ability to artfully influence, persuade and drive action. A collaborative management style and a strong customer service orientation

- Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally with senior levels in the organization

- Comfortable as a "hands-on" manager and willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done

- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills while exercising sound judgement

- Honesty, integrity, and trust building behaviors in all dealings is essential and required

- Ability to find the correct balance between demand and capacity when establishing priorities for the organization

- Ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment

- Previously demonstrated leadership skills

- Act as a coach and confidant
