You'll Be Improving & Responsible To:
- Set up right people operations function
- Drive talent engagement and employee engagement practice in a global and remote working set up
- Set up right solutions, partners and processes for payroll , onboarding and compliances for the company
- Establish Culture code and employee right guidelines by collaborating with CXO and leaders' in the company
- Ensure culture and communication related to people philosophy is driven across team/s and levels
- Set up HR business partnering mechanisms and rhythm for the company across all teams and locations
- Set up the right policies and operations across locations .
- Understanding and setting up right reward mechanisms
- Compensation and benefits understanding to set up a fundamental structure that's standard across the company.
- Setting up diversity and inclusion practices and guidelines across leadership teams and driving it across the company.
- Collaborating with the TA Leader to establish right employee Value Proposition to build and maintain Employer Brand
- Drive employee happiness and engagement through several proactive events team wise and Org wide.
- 8-10 years of HRBP and Org development experience
- At least 2-3 years of policy and compliance related background
