Senior Manager/Associate Director - Digital Banking Transformation

Role description :

- Lead/ manage client digital projects or parts of large programs

- Lead pursuits/ parts of large pursuits

- Manage client relationships during projects/ pursuits

- Develop POVs/ thought leadership to grow the Invent brand strength in the Indian market

Background/ Experience :

- 10 - 12 years of progressive work experience in consulting firms in banking domain

- Prior project or work experience in banking transformation

a. Good functional knowledge of banking business architecture, open banking, IT operating model, business model, IT cost optimization, analytics

b. Experience in design and implementation of new business models, new digital products in banking and financial services

- Possesses combination of digital/ technological understanding, strategic analysis and implementation work as well as the talent to think conceptually and analytically.

- Ability to lead/ manages a module / part of a project within a specific area or domain with minimal supervision in his/her area.

- Articulate and must have ability to drive client communication and networking with global counterparts with ease.

- Deep working and structured thinking in shaping deliverables, creating offering, assets, and proposals.

- Thought leadership experience is preferred: Exposure to consulting assets, methodologies, points-of-view, research or white papers, marketing collaterals etc.

- Ability to make presentations wherever required to a known audience or client on functional aspects of his/her domain. Be part of the larger team which presents to the client our Banking Industry/ functional skills.

- Candidate must have analytical skills to provide clarity to complex issues and gather data-driven insights.

- Experience in AI Strategy, analytics, enterprise value, finance transformation will be a good to have

Education :

- MBA from tier-1 or tier-2 school. Engineering background preferred.

Hiring Location : Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore locations. Other locations can be discussed.
