Senior Manager/Associate Director - Credit Risk - BFSI (6-25 yrs)

Credit Risk - PAN India

Mandatory exposure must be on credit risk, credit policy, credit underwriting

Role :

- Support in building scalable and effective processes to help launch new categories of Lending and structured loan products

- Implementation of Credit / VaR / Portfolio Risk framework in accordance with RBI guidelines and monitoring Credit / Portfolio Risk for Company Group - Secured / Unsecured / Structured / GM

- Identification of inherent credit risk associated with the products and processes through various types of Analysis (net flow/static pool) and assess / forecast financial impact through credit costs and work with business functions to mitigate credit risk- through policy, process and technology.

- Identification and monitoring of Key Risk Indicators to review trend analysis, deviations and ensuring corrective actions.

- Review of Product & Process note at the time of conceptualization or change, identification of risk, suggest control measures and control testing on implementation of the product process note.

- Reporting the Credit Losses and Portfolio Quality with detailed analysis to prevent/reduce any credit losses and appropriate control measures to the Risk Management Committee.

- Participate in Management discussions and bring in the credit / portfolio risk perspective to business, customer experience, partnerships, legal, technology and new initiatives

- Closely engage with key stakeholders (Senior management, regulatory and compliance authorities)

Skills :

- Strong Knowledge of regulatory Framework for NBFC and Banks is a must along with experience in Management of Portfolio or Credit Risks.

- Knowledge of digital transactions framework is preferred.

- People management Skills and Stakeholder management skills.
