Senior Manager/Associate Director - Compensation & Benefits - Corporate Consulting (5-9 yrs)

Role and Responsibilities

The Sr. Consultant, C&B, will be required to lead the compensation / benefits COE for multiple clients in India and develop, review, coordinate and implement effective strategies, procedures and programs related to the same during consulting assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Rewards consulting portfolio and build unique rewards consulting points of view to address talent / business challenges for clients

- Develop products relevant and tailored to emerging GCCs, particularly in the Technology space

- Be part of the People Consulting Practices leadership team and work on business development

- Advise our clients on the following core areas representing the functioning as the clients rewards COE on the ground:

- Market benchmarking (Compensation / Benefits)

- Pay ranges design & implementation

- Benefits design

- Budgeting / annual cycle management

- Compensation structuring

- Statutory impact & related updates

- Interface with global CXOs to socialize solutions and influence decision making

Experience and Requirements

Required Experience and Skills:

- University degree in HR with a Masters / MBA would be mandatory

- 6+ years of experience in a compensation consulting / HR consulting role

- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data / insights to CXOs

- Regional / global compensation experience, particularly focused on US, Australia, Europe would be an added advantage

Preferred Experience and Skills:

- Prior experience in managing large, complex projects / HR transformation exercises as a consultant

- Experience as a HR Business Partner in a technology / technology enabled services environment

- Deep knowledge of the technology industry, platforms and skills
