Requirements :

- Candidate should have a Master's degree in Business Administration from Tier 1 college

- Candidate should have experience in a chief of staff role and/or business management role

- Ideal candidate should have unquestionable personal code of ethics, integrity, inclusion, and trust.

- Critical thinker, track record for collaborating with Business Leaders

- Candidate will be responsible to lead or program manage multiple strategic initiatives drafting business cases for new ideas, strategizing to drive further efficiencies at scale.

- You'll also be responsible to oversee daily operations.

- You'll serve as liaison between senior business leaders, the COO office and the OC ,assist and communicate with the OC in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.

- You'll also assist leadership and stakeholders with developing quality financial analysis and insights, determining strategies, and defining/providing metrics

- The ideal candidate should also have proven extraordinary written and verbal communication skills
