Senior Manager/Assistant Vice President - Trade Finance - BFSI

1. Meet 100% of Sales targets every quarter on Trade book growth, Trade Fee, Trade led FX, Trade NII

2. The candidate will handle Mid Corporates/Emerging Corporates segment.

3. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding New To Bank trade clients and will need to derive larger trade wallet share from existing customers

4. He/She should work with Relationship Managers for providing inputs from a trade perspective and structuring to ensure the right product with apt risk mitigation is put up to the sanctioning committee

5. Drive trade led flow business through generation of EEFC balances, digital trade transactions, FDI

6. A candidate is responsible for plugging in digital trade products and achieving targets

7. Candidate should prepare/execute client level account plans and strategy for target & existing client base to derive greater trade income

Functional parameters :

1. He/ She should have a good grasp of FEMA rules and regulations on Current Account & Capital Account transactions.

2. Candidate should also have a good working knowledge of trade products like LC,BG, Buyers Credit, Export Credit

3. Candidate should have a thorough understanding of Structured trade finance products/Supply chain solutions like Factoring, Forfaiting etc. (should preferably have handled structured trade transactions)
