Hiring a CA with minimum 9 years of experience in Direct & Indirect Taxation with prior experience in following areas :

- Direct and Indirect tax planning and compliances, Ensuring Compliance of tax laws, with timely deposit and replies to notices. Closure of assessments of GST and Income tax.

- Advance tax calculation, current tax provision, and deferred tax computation.

- Lead the Tax planning and completion of Tax Audit and International Transfer Pricing of the Company.

- Tax planning and ensuring tax savings about new laws/rules in effect including strategic planning for the company.

- Prior experience in GST compliance.

- Preparation & filing of corporate tax returns and related forms, TDS Compliances, Tax audits, Transfer Pricing Returns & forms and GST returns.

- Obtaining pending refunds timely and managing tax compliance.

- Strong knowledge of Income tax & GST, IGAAP and INDAS, GST, and Direct tax team.
