1. Must have handled Bulk Hiring 1000+ annual Volume

2. Handled both IT/Non-IT hiring

3. Must have experience of hiring senior leadership

4. Strong experience of leading team of atleast 3-5 people

5. Adhere to hiring TAT timelines

6. Constantly innovate to improve Cost Per Acquisition

7. Maintain and improve global hiring standards

8. Manage Vendor Partners as extended arm of the firm

9. Promote use of Analytics to improve Talent Acquisition function

10. Strong MS Office Skills

11. Strong executive presence

12. Manage Internal global and domestic stakeholders
