Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory


Experience:


- Minimum 8-12 years in Regulatory Reporting and Risk-Based Supervision within a Wholesale / Corporate Banking setup.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead the preparation and submission of regulatory returns such as Form-A, SFR, Form-VIII, DSB Returns (ALE, ROR, RAQ, RBS, RCA-III, LR, CRILC, etc.) to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).


- Oversee Risk Based Supervision (RBS) related reporting and ensure timely and accurate data submissions.


- Ensure compliance with Basel-III requirements, including calculation and reporting of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CRAR), Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), and Leverage Ratio.


- Prepare and monitor reports related to exposure norms, risk reporting for IRR/Fx/Credit Risk, ALM returns, and monitoring of regulatory frameworks like lending rate frameworks and exposure norms.


- Manage the implementation of ICAAP, capital planning, and RWA (Risk Weighted Assets) projections and analysis.


- Ensure effective Financial Reporting under IFRS/IND-AS/JGAAP standards, including preparation of Financial Statements compliant with regulatory disclosures.


- Handle statutory and concurrent audits, regulatory inspections under RBS, and manage audit query responses.


- Coordinate with Head Office and other internal teams for financial reporting, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and tax-related compliances.


Key Skills Required:


- Strong expertise in Regulatory and Financial Reporting in a banking environment.


- In-depth understanding of RBI Regulations, Basel-III norms, Risk Based Supervision frameworks, and exposure norms.


- Hands-on experience in handling audits, regulatory inspections, and data submission processes.


- Proficiency with Core Banking Solutions like Flexcube, T-24, Finacle, etc., and MS Office.


- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.


Other Details:


- Preference for candidates with stable work history in reputed foreign, private, or Indian banks.


- Open to relocate or work from preferred major banking hubs in India
