Senior Manager/Assistant Vice President - GST (10-15 yrs)
Our client is a Mumbai based renewable energy company founded in 2011 with presence in India and international markets across the Middle East and APAC countries. They have recently raised significant funding from one of the word's largest PE firms, to help drive its growth in the commercial and industrial segment. They are looking for a person to manage the GST related finance function and work closely with the financial controller
Job Role:
- Dealing with tasks related to the Statutory and Legal Compliance for GST.
- Timely preparation of annual reports ensuring analysing the expenditure monthly to control expenses.
- Maintaining MIS and reports, evaluating them for facilitating the decision-making process.
- Coordinating in complete planning & management activities for ensuring completion of internal & statutory audits within time.
- Preparing tax plans and ensuring timely assessment and filing of GST returns as per compliance.
- Computation of GST, GST return filing, Service Tax, VAT and CST.
- Preparation and computation of service tax, quarterly and annual statutory audit for GST
- Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts, MIS reports, valuation etc.
