Primary Responsibility - Liasioning with Banks & Financial Institutions (International). Developing Banking relationships (International). - Financial Advisory for Fund Raising for clients based in Africa. - A detailed discussion with the client to understand their requirements and advise on the financing structure. - Prepare Information memoranda, investor presentations, credit proposals and other such documents for banks/financial institutions. - Answering the queries from banks/FI on the proposal. Closely co-coordinating with the client. - Term sheet negotiation for With Bank / Financial Institutions (International). Handling the proposal till the disbursement of funds.
