- Compensation structuring, off cycle corrections/promotions, retention bonus

- Job mapping, benchmarking, preparing salary ranges for all positions across the organization

- Restructuring the salary fitment for new and current employees

- SPOC for all C&B aspects for leaders and HR partners for entire organization
