Urgent Hiring for SCM- Senior Manager/AGM for a diversified group based in Hyderabad

Below is the detailed Job Description for the position :

Location: Hyderabad

Roles and responsibilities :

Type of experiences purchasing :

- Should have handled direct materials

- Should have done pricing from first principles for some commodities like sheet metal, machining, castings etc.

- Having experience in procurement of rubber raw material and parts are added advantages.

- Should have knowledge of the PPAV process and should work along with a superior quality team to streamline quality issues if any.

- Experiences in managing transportation contracts and fixing pricing for freight would be an added advantage.

- Indirect material procurement experience would be an added advantage .

- Purchasing commodity Category expertise

Category:1: Rubber raw material or products +plastics raw materials or product +machining.

Category:2 : Rubber raw material +sheet metal + process chemical and catalysts.

Category:3: Plastics raw material or products +process chemical and crystal +any other bulk raw material forming or casting.

Category:4: rubber parts sheet metal +ferrous or non ferrous bulk material.

Point of notes :

1. Should have handled purchasing of any one of the Above mentioned categories, either in total or at least to 70%extent .

2. If any categories handled are mixed between of the above ones please mention the areas handled by creating new categories.

Work expertise -must :

Expertise 1: Hands on knowledge on pricing and cost working should have concluded pricing agreement from first principles for at least 10 parts in the last 2 years.

Expertise 2: Hands on knowledge of schedule to suppliers bases of input forms production /marketing should have completed at least one 3 years cycle of the schedule & receiving from supperies for a given manufacture /production unit.

Expertise 3: Hands on experience on working on coast reduction projects involving direct materials should have delivered measure cost reduction as a part of KRA for a period of at least 3 years.

Work expertise - Added Advantage :

Expertise 4: working knowledge on pricing/ packing.

Expertise 5: knowledge of import /export/sea freight processes

Expertise 6. Working knowledge on sub contracting and sub contract material accountings
