Brief Job Description:

- Diagnose issues in Business units impacting long term sustainable performance

- Market scan and identify opportunities for potential acquisition in selected therapy areas in Indian market.

- Understand internal and external market data, help teams identify issues, brain-storm along with the team to evaluate potential acquisition opportunities and create road-map for execution

- Identify KPIs , framework and monitoring mechanism for monitoring KPIs on regular basis

- Intervene and guide teams on strategic issues to propel long term growth

- Turn-around in lead KPIs which creates long term success

- Potential acquisition opportunities identified which are best suited to organizational needs.

- Setting up process and framework for diagnosing performance issues
