Sr Manager - AGM - Organization Effectiveness - L&D Mumbai Job purpose : - The OE Vision states - Preparing the organization for the future . - In this context, the role requires supporting Group Head OE to implement specific initiatives at Business and at Group level. - Independently designing and executing the group-wide key strategic HR process & initiatives that help deliver this vision. Also includes supporting the GCOE Head in one or more areas : a. Purpose, Values and Culture b. Holistic Employee Wellbeing c. Continuous employee listening and deep connect d. Enabling Change e. Building an inclusive and diverse workforce f. bringing futuristic knowledge and futuristic workplace practices. KRAs : - Group Purpose, Values and Culture - creating and upholding the values and culture of the Group, embedding Group Purpose into the DNA of the organization, integrating in organizational and people processes - Holistic Wellbeing - Wellbeing of employees and their families is at the very core of our ways of working. OE team works with Businesses in implementing holistic wellbeing framework of the Group - physical, emotional, financial and social. - Diversity - is again at the core of conglomerate working. Over last few years, significant strides have been made in gender diversity, - Continuous Employee listening and connect - through integrated and various forms, drawing insights, analytics from different tools and org context and taking actions - either directly or through the Businesses. - Enabling change through tools, influencing and guidance - understanding the org context, diagnosing the challenge and working through solutions, design interventions, pilot and large scale roll out - Bringing futuristic knowledge, solutions and tools - OE has to be futuristic in its approach, preparing the Group for future.
