Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager - Finance - Manufacturing - CA

Job Description:

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (Essential) with 32 to 25 years age

Experience:

- 10-12 years experience preferably in the manufacturing industry, at least 5 years in the same filed in a large organization

Location: Gurgaon

Report to: AVP Finance

Industry-specific:

- Experience in working manufacturing companies having annual turnover of between 4,000 to 10,000 Cr. He should have sound working experience in Finance position Summary / Area Responsible for all Finance activities including external business associates related to Finance, including Credit Rating Agency.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Preparation of Cash Flow.

- Preparation of CMA Projections.

- Working Capital Management.

- Dealing with Banks.

- Good exposure of Funding and preparation of its documents.

- Dealing with Credit Rating Agencies.

- Forex Bookings.

- Advanced Excel & PPT Skill.

- Review of Balance Sheet.

- Handling Internal & Statutory Auditors.

- Good Working Knowledge of SAP, Excel & PPT.

- In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting principles, especially in the manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities:

- Handle funding processes and prepare all necessary documentation for financing, ensuring compliance and timely submissions.

- Work with internal and statutory auditors, ensuring smooth audit processes and compliance with regulatory standards.

- Review and analyze balance sheets, financial statements, and management reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

- Oversee working capital requirements, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and proper cash management to meet business requirements.

- Responsible for forex bookings and maintaining forex risk exposure in line with company policies.
