Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager - Business Excellence - BPO - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS (1-4 yrs)
Job Description :
- Should be a Black Belt Certified and have strong knowledge on Lean & DMAIC (any domain, Call-Center experience preferred)
- Should have done at least 2 high impact projects and mentored GB Projects
- Demonstrate Change Leadership
- Effective communicator and should be able to train, coach, and mentors juniors.
- Should have strong business acumen and act as business leaders
- Possess strong Project Management knowledge & skills
- Must possess the ability to lead and work with teams
- Expected to perform and produce tangible financial results for the business. They must be hard working and quick to demonstrate success.
Preferred :
- Candidates from premier institute (B.E + MBA)
- Consulting experience - 1 yr
