Senior Manager/Assistant Director - Learning & Development - Analytics Firm (7-15 yrs)

We have an excellent opportunity with one of the leading global analytics firm on Delhi/NCR for Senior Manager/ AD- Learning & Development role. Please find below the details for the same:

Job Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and implement the overall strategy & road map for scaling the delivery organization and institutionalizing a learning culture. The goal is to scale the delivery organization so we can provide our clients with the best quality services at the lowest cost and empower our associates to take on increasingly greater responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross functional teams to conceptualize the formation of various skill development programs for people at multiple levels & multiple locations with varying competencies, roles & tenure within the organization

- Lead the implementation of these programs - right from coordination with subject matter experts for material design & review to turning it into self-study audio & video enabled modules and/or mock projects to rolling it out on the floor and conducting evaluations for final certifications

- Proactively identify new areas for carving out such programs based on gap assessment as derived from existing skill shortages and/or anticipated demand

- Leverage contacts with established third parties as well as tier one academic institutes to design and operationalize industry leading certifications.

- Provide for effective onboarding of associates at every level followed by programs linked to career progression and development.

- Design policies and procedures to encourage larger contribution from the rest of the organization towards building training programs and effective trainers. Design and implement mechanisms to ensure compliance with training mandates and requirements.

- Own the existing Learning Management System (LMS) to assess gaps/challenges, recommend alternatives and operationalize the revised scenario.

- Be hands-on with all training operations and work with the team to ensure the responsive and effective functioning of the unit.

Qualifications:

- MBA or post graduate degree from a reputed institute

- A minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in the learning and development function of an IT or analytics organization.

- Should be familiar with skills and competencies desirable in a typical ITES environment

- Demonstrated ability to develop processes/strategy and champion organizations initiatives

- Very good change management skills & the ability to work across cross functional teams.

- A strategic bent of mind along with the ability to be completely hands-on with routine operational tasks.
