Role Summary:

The talent brand leader will be responsible for creating a strong and differentiated talent brand that makes current and potential employees excited to work at the organisation. This includes creating and evangelizing the employee value proposition. Bringing the brand to life in candidate experience journeys, employee experience, brand touch points and creating employee brand ambassadors through storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Articulating & evangelizing the - mployee Value Proposition- (EVP)

- Articulating the core promise of the organisation to talent (EVP). Create the core and creative positioning of the brand.

- Build and amplify the employment brand story across channels.

- Design and measure employee experience in alignment with the core brand beliefs

Social media & Recruitment marketing :

- Use the power of social media to create a strong attraction to the employer brand.

- Supporting the Talent Acquisition team in achieving recruitment targets by devising recruitment marketing campaigns online and offline.

- Integration of all marketing channels for brand development: website traffic growth, collateral development, campus events and social media marketing.

Talent Brand Partnering :

- Development and ongoing management of recruitment marketing programs, campaigns that drive results to solve specific business challenges. Using Digital /social media marketing, to create business segment identity and transformation.

- Use market research, advertising, communications (written & oral), brand research, metrics and tracking.

- Events & program management for internal programs.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

- Strong understanding of company brand and talent brand and understand and drive its impact on business.

- Broad overall business acumen and knowledge of business

- Understanding and skills in marketing and communications, including digital marketing and the ability to apply that in Talent Branding.

- Ability to apply integrated marketing concepts, visual identity, brand strategy and positioning

- Experience of digital and social channels to reach the desired audience

- Deep understanding of audience segment (s) in the talent market

- Data and analytical orientation to develop meaningful metrics

- Strong project management skills

- Thrive on working in intense, deliverable-driven and deadline-driven environment and ability to think in abstract and deliver in ambiguity.

- Passion for the subject of talent branding

- Public relations

Qualifications

Post Graduation / MBA from a reputed institute with 7+ years of Employer Branding/Brand Marketing experience in a fast paced/high growth company.
