Senior Manager - Asset Management - SAP REFX Module

Job profile:

1. Work extensively on SAP REFX module and its implementation along-with added business interface (initial hand-holding provided).

2. Work on monthly / quarterly reporting to the Management / Investors.

3. Preparing annual business plan

4. Ensure billing and recovery is as per timelines and highlight any red flags

5. Monitoring, analyzing accounts receivables on SAP REFX

6. Review and verify key commercial terms of the agreements and rent rolls

7. Client meeting / coordination for issues / resolutions / disputes etc

8. Verification of all the system generated invoices for Rent, Maintenance and Other Income. Same to be reconciled with Audited Financials at end of the year and quarterly basis for management reporting

9. Work on improvement of existing processes to help generate better quality MIS.

10. Any ad-hoc reporting requirements

Location : Corporate Office, Mumbai.

Qualification : CA is must (no intermediate)
