Required for a Global IT Organization
Location: Gurgaon/Delhi NCR
Desired Profile:
1. Have Strong Solution Sales Background with expertise to position Application Services, primarily like- ERP Transformations -SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle etc, Analytics, AI/ML, CX Solutions- SFDC, Siebel Microsoft etc., RPA's, Cloud Transformations
2. Have Experience in managing the opportunity from Lead Capture to Closure using deep sales process understanding and offering innovative solutions, differentiated value propositions and shaping deals to drive transformational value and growth, and profitable sales
3. Have Capability to Develop relationships with key buyers and decision- makers at new and/or existing clients; protect and grow New business.
4. Generate and build client relationships leading to qualified opportunity identification and involvement throughout the sales cycle often in absence of an existing client relationship or opportunity
5. Accountable for qualified pipeline generation and also have complete accountability for deal closure
6. Must have closed multi-year large application outsourcing deals
7. Must be able to identify a client problem statement, craft a value proposition that provides specific outcomes addressing client problem
8. Have industry and working experience in India across Industry segments.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
1. Extensive experience in sales, relationship management and account management in the IT services industry
2. Experience selling large scale outsourcing engagements to large enterprise clients
3. Proven track record within the India Enterprise Industries(Auto, Pharma, Manufacturing, Utilities etc)
4. Experience in selling New/Digital Technology Service (RPA, AI/ML, SDN/NFV)
5. Proven capability to building relationships with CXO/Director/VP level client contacts
