Senior Manager - App Marketing (6-15 yrs)
Job Purpose :
1. Mobile app development support and Integrations
2. App marketing & ASO implementation
3. App Growth and App Engagement Marketing
4. App campaigns for customer retention and rewards program
Key Responsibilities :
- Mobile app development : Work with the in-house development team for the app development. Liaise between the vendors and the internal stakeholders for all the UX/UI and to build new features in the app. Work on the other tool integrations (Net core , AppsFlyer etc.
- App Marketing : Targeted download plan via multiple channels (Organic) - Implementation of ASO
- Build & Manage the referral programs from the app
- Manage app campaign strategy across products to increase leads and conversions
- Work on a Strategy to increase App downloads , App engagement for existing customers through structured campaign plan
- Specialized skills in managing the mobile app with marketing & download campaigns from open market.
- Build and Manage loyalty programs for existing customers
Functional Competencies :
- Work experience in App and Website Management
- Exposure to Customer data platforms and Marketing automation tools
- Agency Management, UI/UX work experience
- Media Planning Skills, Analytical Skills etc.
- Google Ad words Certification - within last one year
