Senior Manager - Anti Bribery Anti Corruption (5-9 yrs)
Designation - Senior Manager Anti Bribery Anti Corruption (ABAC)
Location - Gurgaon
Experience - 5 yrs -9 yrs
Qualification - MBA/ CA
Specific competencies (Essential)
- A minimum of 5+ years of prior experience which atleast 2-3 years in ABAC across various industry verticals such as BFSI, Life Sciences, CPG and Industrial Manufacturing.
- Preferably should have experience in more than one vertical
- Should have successfully launched / participated in a company wide ABAC program or should have successfully created a market facing product or services in the area of ABAC
- Should have exposure to regulatory compliance needs of ABAC with auditing mindset.
- Should have used Analytics as a fulcrum to support the above program
- Practitioner with hands on experience of having developed a Risk Framework and executed multiple assessments/ due diligence
- Excellent communication and executive presence to connect at senior level and ability to influence those stakeholders
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in various time zones
- High Analytical / reasoning skills, should be commercially savvy
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Power Point
- Strong understanding of service provider market and competitive landscape
- To be able to deliver ABAC mandates end to end and hence need thorough understand each component of the solution
