Position : Sr. Manager - Analytics Translation and Solution Designing - Financial Operations Relevant Experience : 7 - 10 years Location : Bangalore Joining : Immediate to 30 days Interview Process : 1/2 Telephonic Rounds followed by personal interview Description : - As a part of the solutioning and implementation team, you will be responsible for developing Data Analytics led Finance Operations related solutions on their AI based virtual analyst, and take them to prospective clients, in a highly charged and dynamic environment. Responsibilities : a. Design and develop scalable and configurable finance ops solutions on AI based virtual analyst b. Solution to address the breadth of finance functions like Accounting, Financial Reporting, Liquidity, Capital Structure & Financing, Forecasting and Budgeting, Actuarial analysis, Audit, Taxation, Risk Management etc. c. Understand data models, technology infrastructure to design product implementation solutions d. Work closely with the business development and sales teams to scope clients- needs and configure their AI based virtual analyst to address the needs e. Lead a team of NLP analysts, data scientists, data engineers and business analysts to implement AI based virtual analyst for clients f. Assess market needs and contribute in introduction of new features and capabilities on their AI based virtual analyst g. Sometimes, Write/Review code to scale product capabilities Skills Required : a. 7-10 years of experience in delivering analytics led consulting projects in Financial operations or related domains b. Experience in developing analytics led solutions in all or some of the following : - Accounting, Financial Reporting, Liquidity, Capital Structure & Financing, Forecasting and Budgeting, Actuarial analysis, Audit, Taxation, Risk Management, Revenue Management, Expense management c. Hands on experience in financial modelling d. A good understanding of software applications and platforms specific to finance function e. Strong analytical thinking and hands-on experience in problem solving f. Strong verbal and written communication skills g. A good understanding of the landscape of BI solutions like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, ThoughtSpot, Answer Rocket, Looker etc. h. Hands-on experience in predictive modelling techniques like regression, classification, clustering, forecasting etc. i. Proficiency in R/Python/SQL j. A good understanding of SQL and no-SQL databases Advantageous Skills (Good to have) : a. FRM/PRM qualification b. A knowledge of technology infrastructure, specifically, big data technologies- Elastic search / Spark / H20 etc. c. Familiarity with platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, Azure etc. d. Prior Product management experience e. Familiarity with Agile methodology and related tools like JIRA Qualifications : a. A master's degree (or equivalent) in Finance/ MBA or CFA b. A bachelor's degree in STEM/Finance/Stats/Economics discipline c. 7-10 years of experience in delivering analytics led consulting projects in Financial operations or related domains
