Senior Manager - Analytics - Retail & Business Banking Domain

Looking to hire for a well known Analytics Firm:

Responsibilities

- Leading the analytics engagement for a large banking client.

- Define and deliver analytics strategy for the retail and business banking portfolio

- Lead a team for 5-10 analysts in an off-shore/on-shore model to execute analytics solutions in marketing and operations functions

- Align with client strategy, define business requirements/outcomes, create projects, manage communication and delivery

A successful candidate will potentially have

- 8-10 years of experience in delivering analytics led consulting projects for banks and financial services organizations

- A strong background in developing insights solutions, predictive models and strategies for marketing and operations

- A masters degree (or equivalent) in business management, analytics or business intelligence

- Strong analytical thinking and hands-on experience in problem solving
