Senior Manager - Healthcare Insurance Analytics

Location : Powai - Mumbai

Reports to : Head - EB Knowledge Services

We have an opening for one of the world's leading captive unit global insurance broking and employee benefits headquartered in the UK.

Technical Skills :

- Experience of 8 - 10 years in the field of insurance, healthcare analytics. Exposure to research services will be an advantage.

- Exposure to regulatory norms and benefit packages in employee benefits across key geographies will be beneficial

- Knowledge of advanced analytics/statistical/data mining techniques such as Regression (Linear, Logistic), Cluster Analysis etc is essential

- Experience in Data Analytics tools such as SAS, Rand SPSS

- Hands-on experience in working on large and disperse data sets with experience of SQL and knowledge of data modelling concepts

- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to mentor teams on third party tools

- Experience of leading large projects and programmes especially in an international setting /MNCs will be preferable

General Skills :

- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills

- Demonstrated experience of organisational leadership and interaction with senior stakeholders/clients

- Experience of working in Global/ Cross-cultural teams will be preferred

- Experience of managing teams is essential
