Senior Manager - Analytics (With a boutique Consulting firm)

- The Senior Manager, Analytics shall play an integral role in delivering analytics solutions to clients while leading the team of data scientists, data engineers and business consultants.

- You will be expected to conceptualize and deliver analytics based solutions for large MNCs. Further, the role requires providing coaching and mentorship to the team under you.

Solutioning:

- Understanding client requirements

- Conducting Discovery workshops

- Solution Designing

- Developing Implementation Roadmap

Client Project Management:

- Ensuring timely project delivery, pass on the requirements and solutions to the execution team

- Preparation of Status Updates, Risk Identification and Proactive Actions

Client Engagement:

- Structuring and Driving Client Calls

- Project documentation

- Handling Escalations

Team Management:

- Help build a phenomenal team: Manage and lead a growing team of technical data analysts, data scientist and business consultants

- Sales Support ; Preparation of Approach Notes, SoW, Effort Estimations, Questionnaire, Presentations, Case Studies

- Bring in new opportunities in terms of new service offerings and grow the business

- Review data models, queries, and ad-hoc data analysis to keep the nerve center of our teams running at full speed

- Define, build, improve, and automate reporting methods

Required Skill-Sets:

- 7+ years of business consulting experience in an analytics role

- Self-starter demeanor and ability to exercise judgment and tackle difficult problems without direct supervision

- Good communication skills and attention to detail; accuracy is a must.

Educational Background/ Technical skills

- Engineering or a Management degree with a background in data analytics and reporting

- Experience Leading a team of 15-20 Analysts, responsible for results across locations
