Position : Senior Manager Analytics - BFSI Experience Level : 7yr to 10 yr Location : Pune (At present looking for candidates in Pune only) Joining : Immediate to 30 days Travel : The role will involve significant travel to South Africa and other African nations. Responsibilities : a) Lead the analytics engagement for a large banking client b) Define and deliver analytics strategy for the retail and business banking portfolio c) Lead a team for 2-3 analysts in an off-shore/on-shore model to execute analytics solutions in marketing and operations functions d) Align with client strategy, define business requirements/outcomes, create projects, manage communication and delivery e) Collaborate with technology teams already engaged with the client to maximize value delivered through analytics interventions Experience and Qualifications : a) 7-10 years of experience in delivering analytics led consulting projects for banks and financial services organizations b) A strong background in developing insights solutions, predictive models and strategies for marketing and operations c) A master's degree (or equivalent) in business management, analytics or business intelligence d) Strong analytical thinking and hands-on experience in problem solving e) Strong stake holder management, delivery management, project management and communication skills f) A good understanding of banking functions g) A good understanding of database systems used in the banking industry
