We are currently hiring for a Sr. Manager Analytical R & D (Formulation) for our reputed client ( a global company that develops natural ingredient solutions for dietary supplement industry).

JOB TITLE : Sr. Manager Analytical R&D (Formulation)

LOCATION : Mumbai (Thane)

REPORTING MANAGER : VP R & D

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Expertise in Analytical method development of Natural bio active compounds and their formulations.

- Have worked on analytical development of formulations like MUPS, spray dried powders, soft gels, RTDs and food & Beverages

- Analytical Method validation and transfers for new formulation.

- Exposure to recent advances in Analytical instruments and methodologies like NMR, LCMS, GCMS, DSC/TGA etc and their interpretations.

- Should able to lead team of Analytical scientist and guide through the projects

- Should be able to coordinate projects with Cross functional teams in R&D.

- Support to Marketing Team for Customer's Queries & Complaints related to analysis and analytical methods.

- Liaison with external National and International labs for Analytical method alignment projects.

- Should be well versed with Regulatory requirements pertaining to Analytical part for product development process.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

- Education: Ph.D/M.Pharm/M.Sc.

- Experience of around 10-15 years

- Communication Skills - fluency in English language

- Analytical Skills

- Influencing skills

- Work in cross functional teams
