Position: Sr Manager Alliances Partnership

Experience: Total 10-15 Years of Experience in IT/BFSI.

Minimum 6+ years experience in a lead role on Fintech alliance & Partnership role with any of the leading Bank/NBFC

Qualification: BSC -IT /CS , BCA, BTECH, MSC -IT/CS, MBA with IT Specialization

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Strategic and planning Identify, Evaluate and Onboard Fintechs /Corporate Agents for Digital Banking/Agency Banking Technology Implementation.

Functional :

- End to End management of the third party tie-ups

- Monitor & track impact of programs and take corrective action

- Ensure visibility and other partner deliverables

- Cross functional coordination & consensus building to ensure seamless launch and fulfilment of programs

- Liaison with external agencies to create crisp & clear communication for offer / programs

- Highly skilled on product design/implement/roll out plans

- People management, organizational and leadership abilities

- Solutions oriented mind set and creative thinking abilities.

- A good understanding of Risk, Compliance policies and procedures of RBI regulations on Fintech alliance

- Sound knowledge on NeoBanking /Digital Lending/CASA platforms

- Sound Knowledge on Social Media Chat bots , AI , Robotics ,Metaverse and AR & VR for Banking

- Knowledge of current trends and best practice in Banking.

- Skills on working with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.

- Incredibly adaptable and can excel in fast paced environments.

- Ability to lead and work independently, consult and clarify where necessary and make informed and firm decisions

- Able to work under pressure and have positive mind-set

- Implementing the policy, guidelines, and circular with regard to RBI guidelines

- Internal and External Stakeholder management Technical

- Should have Knowledge on Web technologies like HTML/CSS ,Java .

- Should have knowledge in mobile app framework (Andriod ,XCODE, Flutter, React etc)

- Knowledge in banking system/Core Banking is mandatory

- Should have strong Knowledge in Digital Lending platforms

- Should have strong Knowledge in API Banking

- Should have Knowledge in API/ESB Architecture

- Should have Knowledge in NPCI/UIDAI products and Services

- Should have knowledge on SAAS/PAAS services/platform

- Should have knowledge in Cloud technologies Learning & Performance

- Research emerging technologies (Directly or through institutions), innovations and latest product/process improvement launches in BFSI sector and in the general technology space and generate actionable ideas / concepts related to these upcoming technologies

- Leverage the findings to implement digital solutions for existing challenges being faced by internal customers (employees) and external customers.
