Senior Manager/AGM - Treasury - Agri/Pharma/Manufacturing Firm (8-12 yrs)
Qualification: CA / CWA / MBA-Finance from reputed school / CFA
Key Result Areas:
- Forex hedging on the raw material payments in foreign currency and Export receivables
- Funds arrangement - working capital requirements, term loans, PCFC loans, and ECB loans
- Execution of all foreign currency related transactions including booking forwards, option structures and ECB hedges.
- Hedging action plan and decisions on amount to be hedged, tenure (time frame of hedge), derivative tools (options, zero cost options, forward cover) to be prepared.
- Responsible for Forex reinstatement, Manual MTM calculation of Currency forwards, Full currency SWAP and Interest rate
- Handling and hedging on forex exposures of subsidiary companies (Domestic and Foreign).
- Raising commercial papers (CPs)
Mainly responsible for:
- Fixing the interest rates for issuing commercial papers and Short term bank loans.
- Investing the surplus money in to Mutual Funds and other term deposits.
- Looking after LC, BC, Sellers Credit, Supplier's credit and other trade finance activities.
- Daily and monthly FOREX MIS preparation
- Cash flow management includes preparation of daily cash flow statements
- Responsible for analysis of multiple scenarios of FX movement with various hedging instruments.
- To oversee preparation of FX related management note and approval thereof
- Co-ordinating with Auditors in having a clear report in respect of statutory & internal audits
- Handling of investments in various Trusts of the company
- Has to develop and implement Forex policy of the company.
- Develop internal financial controls (IFC) systems for treasury management of the company with the help of auditors.
- To Implement related automation software for forex systems of the company.
