Senior Manager/AGM - Talent Management - Manufacturing Firm (8-15 yrs)

The incumbent must be Full time PGDM/ MBA in HR/ Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from premiere institute with at least 8 to 12 years of relevant experience from reputed and large manufacturing organisation.

Location: Kolkata

Job Purpose :

To Define & implement Corporate organization development and learning & development strategies ,plans & policies which are aligned with organization Strategic Plan

Core Responsibilities :

1. Assist in manpower planning process and ensure adherence to manpower costs

2. Oversee the recruitment process at the Corporate ; Ensure timely recruitment as per plan and ensure adherence to manpower cost

3. Handle onboarding of new recruits at Corporate along with uploading employee data in HRMS

4. Create and maintain job description for all positions ; update organization structure as & when required

5. Develop competency model for the organization ; update as & when required

6. Design induction plan relevant to the organization context

7. Analyze induction feedback and take necessary action to improve effectiveness

8. Interact & maintain relation with external partners for various online & classroom training & development programs etc.

9. Supervise the delivery of training programs & ensure quality in training design & delivery

10. Conduct training effectiveness evaluation exercise and take necessary action

11. Design the reward & recognition strategy in line with the business strategy; Co-ordinate with function and department heads to ensure effective implementation of the RnR programs

12. Analyze attrition data and provide insights to the management

13. Provide regular reports or MIS to the senior management on agreed parameters

14. Adherence to Performance Management Plan
