Senior Manager / AGM-Production 1. To monitor and analyse the current system of production/manufacturing to check its effectiveness, and supporting the team for achieving continuous improvements to improve the yield. 2. To oversee day-to-day activities, analyze statistics and guide the team for higher performance. 3. To liaise with other team members, including interacting with managers of different areas of the organization, training and supervising new employees and tracking and measuring staff performance. 4. Coordinate with Sales team, Scheduling and production planning of all activities based on plan. 5. Highly involved in overseeing production plans to achieve the business goals. 6. Precious Metal Management: Oversee the internal metal/ inventory accounts/ statements and minimize losses. 7. Provide a structured and in depth training on various aspects of manufacturing to new joiners on a continuous basis. Have a training manual in place for easy reference of the team. 8. Commit to plant safety procedures. 9. Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
