- Responsible for the lineup, pricing, positioning and strategy of Home & Kitchen appliances category.

- Market/Consumer/ Competition analysis.

- (Features/MOP/New launches/Placement/Promotion).

- Lead the process of new product/USP development and synergizing efforts of R&D, Design for the launch of the same.

- Business planning and target setting.

- Defining product portfolio.

- New product SKU Identification and current lineup rationalization.

- Annual product roadmap and deciding the life cycles of products.

- Co-ordination with vendor/agencies for new product development.

- Product Pricing and positioning.

- PSI (Inventory control)

- Sales scheme designing, execution, and monitoring.

- Budgeting Marketing communication resources planning and allocation.

- Product USP communication material preparation.

- Ensuring target sales volume.

- Conducting Post product launch surveys: Product improvement and fine-tuning.

- Market Visit (Mystery shopping, Trade partner feedback etc.)

- Developing training material and conducting training sessions for the other departments.

- Overall profitability of the portfolio.
