Senior Manager / AGM Legal Litigation - Hyderabad / Pharmaceutical Company / Listed Company This role is with a listed Pharma firm based out of Hyderabad. They are looking to hire a senior level litigation lawyer. Job Responsibility: - Candidate should have good Legal Understandings of all the legal Matters - Navigation of Contracts - High Court issues - Pharma & Secretarial Disputes - Advising and representing businesses including healthcare with respect to general legal matters as well as on regulatory framework and legislative landscape, corporate compliances and litigation; - Good Communication Skills - Drafting and vetting of a wide range of commercial agreements; - Managing intellectual property rights portfolio including patents, trademark, copyright together with advising on market clearance, strategy and prosecution, litigation and enforcement; - Developing Data Privacy Compliance Strategy, implementation of Data Privacy Framework, - Drafting Policies, providing employee training and data privacy awareness, handling data subject access requests, conduct data privacy impact assessment, good understanding of GDPR, global privacy legislations and international data transfer issues with respect to applicable data privacy laws. - Focuses on enhancing the value of strategic advice with the help of application of User experience. - Qualification : LLB from good university Job reports to CFO
