Senior Manager/AGM - Leasing - Real Estate (5-26 yrs)

Designation : Sr. Manager/AGM - Leasing

Location : Pune

Qualification: MBA with min 9+ yrs of experience in Real Estate Leasing, Sales, Marketing, or in similar functions.

Competencies Required: Strong communication skills.

- Good experience in handling client relations at CXO levels in corporates.

- Ability to network and maintain & manage relations with clients, peers,s and other third-party stakeholders.

- Knowledge and experience of real estate lease transactions and relations with IPCs and Clients.

- Good knowledge and network amongst 3PL, FMCG, Auto component manufacturers, Pharma, Retail and E-commerce players, etc. who drive demand for the Industrial and Logistics Park business.

- A good understanding of 3PL and E-commerce logistics business will be an added advantage.

- The primary responsibility of leasing a portfolio of Warehousing and Industrial Parks across Pune and any other location in the Western region.

- Attain leasing and revenue targets as decided by the management.

- Developing and maintaining a strong leasing pipeline

- Develop a strong network of IPCs and Brokers

- Generate leads through own client relations and through IPCs/Broker network.

- Maintaining relationships with existing clients within the park(s)

- Engaging with clients throughout the leasing transaction cycle for an effective seamless transaction.

- Organizing site inspections and meeting with prospects to understand their project-specific requirements and coordinating with the internal teams for proposals etc.

- Negotiations with the client to attain closure of transactions

- Undertake discussions and negotiations with clients on LoIs, and Agreements and attain timely closure of transactions.

- MIS and reporting

- Keeping close track of the competition, inventory mapping, understanding the demand and supply trends through Market intelligence, and submitting periodic reports and updates for management.

- Developing and maintaining relationships with regional/local trade bodies and associations.

- Provide assistance in developing project collaterals and marketing materials

- Prepare client proposals and RFP responses in coordination with projects, design, and costing teams.

- Participate in various industry-specific and focused events for business development.
