a. Experience - 15-18 Years in Plant HR
b. Experience in Greenfield HR role - Essential
c. Auto Industry - Essential
d. Liasioning & project approval expereince - CRITICAL
e. Must have demonstrated ability to lead, supervise & manage HR operations in an auto plant, Greenfield environment
f. Must have led plant HR operations independently
g. Strong experinece in Recruitment, managing HR processes like PMS, training and Engagement of Blue collar & W collar workforce
Key Challenges & Experiences
1. Greenfield project execution - in the role of the HR leader of the plant
2. Ability to secure timely approvals thru Liaison with agencies, as needed for the project start up
a. Experience in recruitment of Blue & White collar employees at plant start up level.
b. Good understanding of the ER nuances of hiring different segments of employees and how to manage their career paths.
c. Ability to set up the right culture in the plant start up
d. Experience in setting HR systems & processes with a strong focus on Compliance, PMS, Engagement & training
3. Setting up the culture - Process, Practices & Deep Experience Critical Traits
4. Hands - On experience of plant start up HR activities
5. Problem Solving - and structured thinking
6. Able to handle operations with low supervision
7. Maturity and sound judgement of people issues
8. Action oriented
9. Must inspire confidence and trust with his colleagues and seniors
10. Green field experience is a must
