Senior Manager/AGM - Human Resources (Females only)
- Should have handled International recruitments across multiple locations.
- Ability to interpret and analyze recruiting metrics and trends: retention, quality of hire, net throughput, etc.
- Managing Business HR Processes
- Talent management
- Execute entire process of recruitment at Pan India and international level including Timely closure of vacant positions.
- Screen resumes from Naukri, LinkedIn, database, references, etc.
- Maintain a relevant database of resumes.
- Send introductory emails to the searched candidates.
- Shortlist candidates by taking an initial interview round.
- Coordinate interview rounds with the short-listed candidates.
- Follow up with selected candidates for pre-joining documents.
- Background verification for selected candidates through coordination with other departments
- Schedule interview Sessions (Face to face & Telephonic)
- Manage complete Pre-Joining & Post-Joining documentation formalities of selected candidates.
- Coordinating with external vendors/consultants for requirements.
