Job Description for Sr Manager / AGM HR

Budget will be based on candidate but not more than 22 Lakhs/PA

Job Description :


Experience : 8 Years to16 Years

Job Location : Gurgaon / Mumbai / Bangalore / Pune / Ahmedabad / Chennai

- Managing a team of Consultants

- Managing payroll with all their statutory payments of

- Coordination with core team

- Analysis of critical issues, providing an appropriate solution and their closure

- Issue tracking and document management

- Designing and implementing recruitment strategy on internal sourcing from Junior to senior level positions in Technical & Non Technical requirements, Handling complete recruitment cycle i.e. from Manpower Planning till hiring the suitable candidates.

- Selection & screening process of primary interviews for conducting aptitude test, final client interviews assessment and negotiation on various aspects such as salary, role & position offered.

- Obtain the requirements and skill sets details from the Client / Onsite team and make out particulars about the mode of recruitment like contract hiring or permanent hiring.

- Payroll - Time office, Payroll (Wages / Salary), Holidays & Leaves, Bonus, Incentive disbursement, Fines & Deductions, F&F settlements etc.

- Employee Engagement (Personnel dept.) 


- Maintaining personal files; Leave management


- Absenteeism monitoring and follow up


- Executing employee engagement activities (birthday celebration, may day, sports day, cultural day and other festive related celebration); Addressing employee disputes; record keeping of investigations and disciplinary actions; conducting exit interviews and submitting quarterly reports for MRM.


- Organizational Development and Compensation : Partnering to set up KRAs, KPIs and designing compensation structures and incentive models to help achieve business goals, Monitoring and recording performance as per designed KRAs, managing performance appraisals and planning increment grids basis market salary analysis and manpower budget allocated.

- Statutory compliances - PF; ESI; Quarterly and annual returns filing.
