Senior Manager/AGM/GM - Human Resource - Automotive (9-15 yrs)
Required Criteria:
- GM - Should be well versed in Labor
- Sr. Manager and AGM - Good at both blue and white color recruitment
- Kannada Language is must
Experience: 10+ years
Major Roles and Responsibilities :
- Talent Acquisition
- Manpower planning as per the manpower policy of the group.
- Attracting & Sourcing candidates.
- Liaison with local recruitment agencies.
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy for the BU across Karnataka.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board / newspapers / colleges etc.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, references etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Assess applicants- relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Promote company's reputation as - best place to work- .
- Retain and maintain workplace hygiene for dealership using the HR tools.
- Induction & Coaching the employees.
- Salary and Payroll negotiations.
- Employee engagement and motivational.
- Performance Appraisals.
- Employee Satisfaction and feedback.
- Carry out any other HR/Recruitment activities as required by the organization and not restricted to only the above activities.
Salary Offered : 10-20 LPA
