Senior Manager/AGM - Executive Assistant to Promoter - Family Office - Real Estate (6-12 yrs)

Sr. Manager, Family Office

Location- New Delhi (Hybrid Working)

Career Grade- Sr. Manager/ AGM

Roles & Responsibilities

The Company is looking to hire a Senior Manager who will be part of the Family Office. This is an all encompassing role where the candidate will be working on all aspects related to the Promoter group, but particularly in areas of Portfolio Investments, ODI Investments, MIS Reporting, Regulatory Compliances, etc.

Investments:

- Manage the Investment Portfolio of the Family Group

- Engage with bankers, consultants, advisors etc on an ongoing basis to monitor market opportunities and generate new ideas

- Analysis and summarization of financial reports, preparing MIS & updating the Investment Memorandum from time to time

- Arranging requisite documents related to tax returns and provide tax planning advice

- Manage investments in India and offshore, including planning, vetting legal documentation, fund selection, and pricing negotiation.

- Continuously develop a deep understanding of macro-level sectoral trends

ODI Businesses:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of operational business conducted by the promoter.

- Explore new business opportunities overseas

- Review business plans, success analysis, conduct due diligence, and analyze exit strategies

- Liaise with the external managers, stakeholders, consultants connected with the business, on an ongoing basis

Reporting:

- Prepare MIS, Notes, presentations, SOPs, Contracts, MOMs etc

- Deal with lawyers, bankers, consultants and advisors to devise solutions for the approval of the promoter.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure 100% Compliance with all Regulatory compliances in India and Overseas

- Regularly plan for contingencies and spot potential issues. Raise these to the promoter. Provide suggestions with care and due diligence with the objective of indemnifying the promoter from any harm in the future.

Others:

- Challenge and control costs.

- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business

- In addition to this, there could evolve other responsibilities that may get added/subtracted over time

Position Requirements

This is a full-time role where the candidate is expected to have:

- Min 6 plus years of experience in Banking, Consulting or Family Office roles.

- Excellent communication (oral and written) and analytical skills

- Experience in dealing with offshore counterparts of Indian companies.

- Experience in Indian and Global compliances.

- Experience in Banking processes and KYC

- Understanding of Finance

- Proficient in preparing Decks and Investment Memoranda

- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) & Slack (Preferred)

- Ability to think strategically, see the big picture, recognize the impact of decisions, and pay attention to detail
