- One of our clients, a Leading Manufacturing Group is looking out for a seasoned and experienced Employee Relations professional to be based at Corporate based at Mumbai.
- The ideal incumbent should be a professionally qualified MBA/MLS/ MSW - HR & IR person with 15-18 years of experience, of which majority of the experience in end to end core Employee Relations/ Industrial Relations in the Manufacturing sector.
- The individual should have worked on core IR/ ER issues governing in the Manufacturing set ups and should have maturity to drive the ER/IR functions in terms of policies/ processes and implement changes across multiple manufacturing units across Pan India through the corporate.
- The person should have hands on experience in managing Large settlements across levels and should have the maturity to manage key stake-holders.
- The incumbent should be able to enhance productivity of the workmen through good workmen development interventions.
- The individual would be based at Mumbai, however would need to travel across multiple units across Pan India.
- The position would report to the Corporate Head of Employee Relations.
