Senior Manager/AGM - Corporate Strategy (Bain, BCG, Mckinsey, AT Kearney)

The role will be a part of the Central Business Strategy Team and would involve working on a variety of key Business Strategy projects for the company.

We are looking for an individual who can strike the right balance between strategic planning and execution and is an excellent problem solver. The role will provide exposure to programs and projects which entail the entire strategy lifecycle starting from creating hypotheses, validating those hypotheses through both qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis, business case development and recommendations to solve critical business problems.

Key responsibilities:

- Partner with Business Unit Heads and Leaders to understand their strategic choices/ problem areas and solving them

- These projects will be high on change management and will involve the following:

1. Shaping the Organization Strategy for creating maximum impact

2. Creating Growth Strategy for growing overall business

3. Shaping the Sales Strategy for driving maximum revenues

4. Policy formulation for Business Teams to drive best outcomes

5. Process Innovation for all business processes

Candidate Specification:

- MBA from Tier 1 Business School

- 3-6 years of experience in consulting, general management, operations or strategy roles with a track record of consistent, outstanding achievements
